Each year, The Leadership Institute invites its very best Youth Leadership School graduates to join one of its intern classes held in the spring, summer, or fall. Recognized as one of the best conservative intern programs in Washington, D.C., interns work directly with LI’s professional staff in various departments: Programs, Development, and Operations.

Working & Living Environment

Work in an exciting environment while sharing a house with your fellow interns. The Sacher Intern House enables all interns to live in a safe and comfortable environment - for FREE! It's a short walk from the intern house to LI's headquarters known as the Steven P.J. Wood Building.

Training & Event Highlights

Free training and speaker dinners! Interns can attend all LI training for FREE! Trainings in addition to events held by the lnstitute and local conservative organizations allow interns the chance to develop a network of professional and political contacts to last a lifetime. Speaker events held by the intern program engage interns in discussions with conservative leaders over a meal.

After the program
